She better lose her job for this :mad:. Just kidding. Mistakes happen I guess, though the fact that she made the same error more than once is surprising. I'm pretty bummed but at least I know I'll definitely be getting one sometime in the foreseeable future "whistling:

If she hasn't been kakked out yet, she might not even know that she's making mistakes.
 
I was told 10 to 15 after finally getting through but also that there's a shortage. Asked if I was one of the 100 and was told yeah. Just. Don't. Understand. Rageee

So they basically advertised these units, but never had any stock to begin with. Fail.

I was pretty delayed and only got in around 1. Even I don't think I'm in the 100. Until someone comes forward whose getting there's soon. The assumption is that they never had stock on hand...
 
I got my sms @ 10:19 today approved, but a stock shortage - guess I was not 1 of the lucky 100. Did anyone here get confirmation that they will be receiving 1? Cause these agents are not making any sense!

This whole process has got me a lil' annoyed and confused. The lack of clear communication from FNB resulting in me having to continuously phone them is not ideal. I'm starting to think that not even the agents really know what's going on and the only indicator could be like Batista got where they actually phoned him.

I have to admit this whole posting in 2 similar threads on 2 different sites with similar users is challenging to keep up with >.< What we need is a magical cross website merge of the 2 threads :p

I have no idea what's happening. A friend who ordered before me didn't get the sms at all.

I tried to phone them again but after 10 minutes I was still on hold. I reckon I'm throwing in the towel and I'll just assume it'll arrive eventually :p

Haha yeah. Here's my experience.
Thank you for holding. We will attend to your call shortly . We are currently experiencing high call volume. Agent will attend as soon as available.. 15 minutes later. They hang up... Gahhhh
 
Yeah but Batista ordered later than some of us so I don't understand why he would get one but we're on back-order. I wish they'd make it clear. Do they just not have stock of the 100 units but we are approved for one of those when they arrive? Or are we not one of the 100 and are waiting for the next batch?!

From what I've read. He himself doesn't know what's happening with regard to the PS4's. He just got a call saying next week eta. Not like the couriers called him already. FNB really need to address this. Ive spent too much time trying to make headway and sitting on my phone..

He probably got a call from one of the incompetent people working at FNB. We can only wait it out and see what happens.
