The X1 is a rebrand of the ZTE Blade A506. As far as I can find out it has not been released yet.

Ah! I see the resemblance. As a brand; ZTE is fair in quality, looking at the specifications of the A506 it's a fairly average phone with 4G support. Nothing spectacular.
