Forza 4 demo impressions

Anyone played the demo? What did you think?
I was jamming last night and quite impressed with Forza 4, I didn't get much hands on time with Forza 3 so I can't really compare the two. But the track in the demo was quite impressive and I like how accessible the game is, and can quickly ramp up in difficulty with the custom options to make handling more challenging.

I guess the only comparison I have is to GT5 but so far Forza 4 feels very easy to pick up and play, and in my experience a rewarding game should always have the basic idea of "easy to play, hard to master". GT5 lacks somewhat in this regard and seems to aimed at the more seasoned racers.

My only gripe is with the controllers actually, are there any wheels that are compatible with Xbox360, PS3 & PC?
 
I tried the demo out last night.
I must agree with you in terms of accessibility. I'm a noob when it comes to racing games and I felt very comfortable playing through the demo.

It's nice to see a racing game that doesn't punish you every time you don't brake hard enough or accelerate when you shouldn't.
 
graphically it looks brilliant i havent played the rivals mode yet but the 458 and scooby is pretty orsome cars, I havent tried the cougar yet. also its a pity that you can only drive those 3 cars in quick race and none of the opponent cars ( i remember the forza 2 demo back then had 26 cars that you can drive). also the burnese alps looks better then any track i have seen thus far in a forza title. i'll try the rivals mode out tonight when i get home.
 
Rivals mode is quite cool, it looks like a great way to learn how to improve, going up against other players and trying to beat their ghosts. Also having 3 different leaderboards is quite nice. I agree with you Dohc-WP, the graphics look really sharp and the Alps have never looked so good.
 
Waiting for the game to be released is killing me......the demo is good but i need MORE!!!!!
Having played all the GT games and enjoying them,i have to say Forza adds another dimension to racing/driving games.
When it comes to overall enjoyment,forza is my choice.
