Shoot, I forgot to take a screenshot. And I can't remember if I got a better time with the Nissan Skyline R34.
 
I've updated the Document with all the details on it and can be found in the OP. Please just check that the order is correct, as I've been away from my Xbox for a few days now, and will only be able to check again on Wednesday.
 
I have not been on XB1 for while.
Will definitely have to make some time this week to try the challenge.
My GT is Crosscutharp946.

I've added the GT's in this thread already.

You did exceptionally well. I didn't think anyone would catch me when I reached first place on Saturday. :) Lets see how round 2 goes!

Nice opening challenge, with some amazing times. Congrats to all, especially [MENTION=16362]Flex[/MENTION]!

Watched most of your lap replays trying to figure out better lines, but only managed a tiny improvement in my times. I need to work on driving a lot smoother. I think I'm a little too aggressive with the controller most of the time.

Looking forward to Round 2 this week - Indy GP is another challenging circuit. Great choice Soli. Race on!
 
I put in a few laps yesterday, going to be fun challenge.

Is there anyway to turn off the a rivals ghost ?
I find it very distracting especially when close to their time as I find it hard to keep my line and find my braking markers.
My view does not help either, I suppose.

Yeah, I turn it off. Check in assists or options.

Same. It's in the HUD settings options. On, off, or rivals only. You can also change it on the fly while in a session via the Pause menu without having to go back to the main options screen.

That's a question I've been meaning to ask the group: what is your preferred driving view? And is there any benefit to using one specific view over the others?

I drive with the inside the car view. It just feels unnatural to see the car from the outside while driving. And I also use the rival ghost even if they obscure the view at times. I get to see what the other driver does and how I can improve on it or at least match it.

Def inside. You get a better feel of how the car is reacting to certain things. The 3rd person view feels like you are just watching the car going through the motions, not as engaged.

Thanks. I have not played much Forza lately, my son has been playing to Forza Horizon, so have not had much of a chance.

I use the in-car view, I find it much easier to find braking points with that view.
Forza is also one of the best sounding games around. The 5.1 in that view is awesome.

No ways! When we first started this the ghosts wouldn't appear for me. It turned out to be my crappy internet connection. These days everything is fine though.

Have you got the ghosts turned off or do you have a crappy internet connection?
