How do I get on that list of yours :-) clocked a 1:44.861 in the Ferrari last night x-D

I had to turn on TC and STM tho... without it exiting corners is just too much for my hamfisted-ness! LOL.
managed a 1:45.4xx without it! was tough tho! haha


P.S. [MENTION=9175]deadlypinecone[/MENTION] is a mate of mine, so the heart-warming welcome is about right :-P haha!

That's a good time!! We'll have to add each other on our friends. I'll add you tonight... then also try to beat your time :p :D

So if this challenge is ongoing, how about changing the tuning so we can tune to R900 instead of just tires? That way we can all get a bit more time out of the lap. What say ya'll??

I'm still with [MENTION=15883]GregRedd[/MENTION]. You guys actually did the challenge by cut off :D and true to my Rep: I arrived late :p
So I agree that you should call the shots on this one!
 
Hey guys.

Sorry I've been quiet, it's just super crazy at work and other stuff.

So yeah it seems with this week being a shorter one, people not completing the challenge and stuff, lets keep this challenge going this week on. But next week, new challenge and new challenger. [MENTION=6280]Blazzok[/MENTION] will get his turn to make a challenge.

Also, I've been playing quite a lot of multiplayer of the game, which seems to be working really well after some updates. So, would people be interested in a one night multiplayer session on the challenge track with the challenge cars? Just a private multiplayer race between us. It will get us to race against each other and not just each others ghosts, plus it will cause more people to actually complete the challenge with times on the board....suggestion? what do you guys think?

Also, should be only limit the challenges to circuit racing? Would you guys want to see some drifting or drag racing challenges during the week as well? Even in single player via Rivals, there are selected challenges in each category. Again, not to complicate things, but just a suggestion. Usually those Rivals races have very strict limitations in any case, plus it comes down much more on the skill on the racers than the car.

Awesome. I will try and get to the challenge this evening. I will unfortunately have to pass on the multiplayer at the moment but the other kind of challenges sound interesting. I didn't even know there were things like that in the Rivals.

Ok, so err'body can upgrade their cars to R900 to get some better times. I am aiming to keep the P1 at the top of the leaderboard :cool:

And [MENTION=9789]DieGrootHammer[/MENTION] I would be keen for a multiplayer race between us! Also, how do I join the A3C3 Forza Racing group you mentioned? I found the facebook page but I'm not on facebook. [MENTION=16362]Flex[/MENTION] are you keen on joining on this?

Okay cool. Unfortunately I'm traveling for the next week or two so I'll be away from my console, but what we can do with the multiplayer is host a race on a specified time (like say 20:00 on Thursday's), race for 10 laps and see what's what.

For the racing group, I'll get the admin to contact you via Xbox Live and get you into the group. Over the weekend I spent some time with the guys playing Forza Horizon 2 which was super fun. The next big club race is 17 April, so lots of time to practice and get the car setup properly.

Yes yes, I am very keen. I enjoy Racing itself much more than hotlaps

I've given your names to the admins of the group. What they will do now is contact you and setup a multiplayer session for some track testing. They just want to check-out your racing style and times, but if they let me in, I'm pretty sure you guys have nothing to worry about. It's just to check and see that people that join don't just muck around. Once in they will give you all the other details. Club meets every week for some racing, and once a month official competitive racing against a different club

Yes, and you have to have a Kinect on at all time to ensure that proper posture is kept throughout the entire race.....

Lol dude don't worry. They had previous encounters with rando's that joined their racing just to much around and caused their whole group to crash out of a previous race. So they just want to check. I can assure you it's NOTHING to be worried about.

Now I am even more worried. As I do not have a Kinect and my real middle name is Rando O_o

Flex, even me I'm a bit nervous :eek: But I understand why they want to check out the guys who want to join because one of the reasons I stopped playing online is the guys who just moer into you on purpose and stuff.... Very frustrating.
 
So after about 25 Laps at R900 I managed to improve by half a second. Then [MENTION=23139]McPhil[/MENTION] improved on that by another half a second :O lol.
Do you think the P1 is quicker than a LaFerrari? Handling wise? I'm gonna push the crap out of this Ferrari before I give up on it tho :p
