FPS keyboard

Hi there

I'm looking for a fps keyboard that's really comfortable. I have the g15 version 2 but after hours of use it really hurts my arm. I want a keyboard that's more in the line with the G13. Problem with that is I heard that it's not good for FPS games. I have no budget yet so give me the options.
 
I have no problem with the G510, I think it's a great keyboard. Have you maybe attached the palm rest doodad that came with the keyboard?

I was recently looking for a new keyboard, but it seems that the Logitech range were the best at the time. I assume you are not interested in the curved keyboards?

The last two fall into the R600 category while the BlackWidow ultimate is around R960.

Ok I read a lot of reviews and It's not looking good. maybe I should stay with my g15 and save the money else where. Maybe just me that's uncomfortable at my keyboard. Thanks for the help.
 
Dice, if you are finding the G15 Uncomfotable it might be the Key Profile Height
I noticed that it does make a difference in terms of how high the actual key profiles are when you use the keyboard for extended hours

Maybe look at a keyboard that has a low profile design, something like either the Razer Arctosa or the OCZ Alchemy
Both are very reasonably priced



Prophet, take a look at the Razer N52TE, the New version of the Belkin Nostromo
Hands down the best gaming pad around, I have one and I've tested everything else and nothing compares

If you don't mind sharing your num pad with your cut, copy, paste keys then I would recommend the SteelSeries Merc Stealth.

Awesome keyboard, I just couldn't stand not being able to use either my num pad or del, cut, paste keys as they are shared.

Other than that it is great for FPS and is illuminated.
 
mate also look where you putting your keyboard 20cm of height can make all the difference

I have one of those. It's ok. The merc is little more cash than the standard but much better quality. You can get them sharky, steelseries now makes them. They bought out idealzon.
