If you get cant your dogtags, just log in to www.ea.com and go to your profile settings change your country there from SA to USA.

that is too strange.

1 thing is that you can "unlock" them by taking them from some1 who already has them (no I am not offering to be a freebie knife kill Saint )

now if only a Dr Pepper guy can come onto the SA servers, or at least let us know who are so we can go hunt them down.
