Free game (Tropico 3 ) at humble bundle store

Ooh, nice one - I remember playing the Tropico 3 demo a few years ago - looked like it could be quite fun.

Edit: Humble's strategy worked - I logged onto their site for the free game and then saw some great deals in the sale so I grabbed The Bridge for $0.99 and Splinter Cell: Blacklist for $4.49!

Similar concept, except you're managing the people, politics, tourism as well as industry. You are a corrupt dictator and have to build up your island to attract more people. So you must create jobs, farms, industry, places for them to stay- so put up housing, manage people's salary etc, car parks to get them to work quicker. You also have to manage the politics by appeasing the different factions on the island, like the communists, religious, educated etc. If you neglect any one group, they will revolt and there will be a military coup. It's all a careful balancing act, but highly satisfying. One of the best sim games I've played.
 
Thanx for the link got mine now to add it to my backlog and the rest of the 400gb of my steam lib i still have to Dl :(
 
Claimed :D thanks guys, just got Sim City on Origin last week for R150 also, and after that I saw the bundle with Cities of Tomorrow is R200 >:(
