3.5 Concurrency

3.5.1 You may only have the following connections to the ADSL Service at any given time, unless otherwise agreed:

3.5.1.1 1 (one) ADSL connection; and

3.5.1.2 1 (one) dial-up connection (if applicable) (analogue or 64K ISDN only) to Telkom’s network at any given time.

5.4 Unless you are subscribed to a business package, you may not use the ADSL Services for anything other than your own personal use. The ADSL Service is intended for periodic, active use of email, newsgroups, file transfers, internet chat, games and browsing the World Wide Web.

5.5 Unless you subscribe to a business packages and you are permitted in terms of such business package, you may not resell the ADSL Services, receive any charge or benefit for the use of the ADSL Services or provide Internet access or any other feature of the ADSL Services to any third party or in any other way exploit the ADSL Service for any commercial purposes.

5.10 You may not use the ADSL Service for unattended automated operation, unless otherwise agreed. You may stay connected as long as you are actively using that connection. You further agree not to use Internet applications for the purpose of simulating network activity to avoid session inactivity disconnection.

To point out a few...
 
I actually found out about all of this around 11PM last night thanks to them accidentally scheduling their Facebook ad for the wrong time. It was only supposed to have run from this morning.

They told me they'd "hook me up" with "something cool" if I kept my mouth shut (hence my "edit edit edit lol" post :p), so I naturally agreed ;) I assume it's a free month of uncapped, as they asked for my email address and opened registration for 1000 free 1-month uncapped accounts this morning that were obviously snatched up in a shot.

Regardless, we're officially signing up :D So stoked to finally download MMO patches and not worry! *does his little happy dance*
