Well, of course it's raking in the cash, people now have to buy millions of keys to unlock the millions of crates they receive on a single day. At one point, 3 out of every 4 drops for me was a goddamned crate.
Well, if you want to see what's in the crate, you have to buy a key. You can win pretty expensive items in crates.
Also, crates take up inventory space. If your inventory is full, you have to buy more inventory space to continue getting items or you have to find someone who is willing to take the crates off your hands.
