Free-to-Play

i recently got rid of all my pirated games. it was very difficult deleting every last one of them.
i dont always have the cash for new games and are looking into the whole online free-to-play genre thats cropped up the last couple of years. any suggestions as to which free-to-play games are worth downloading?
 
Download steam, go to the store and select free to play under category. As for games themselves, cant go wrong with TF2 and Planetside 2
 
Well from what I've heard and my own experiences I list a few

-blacklight retribution ( awesome game with stunning visuals if your system can keep up it has direct x11 effects to)

-Tf2 the grand daddy of them all
-Planetside 2 haven't played it yet but we have a dedicated thread on this forum go check it out and ask for some opinions
-war inc ( looks quite good and is major fun

I'll add more once I remember

Blacklight - I get a lot of lag

TF2 - YES!

Planetside 2 - EPIC!

War Inc - screenshots look better than the game actually is.

You don't even need free TBH. If you are smart you can find great games for cheap on both Steam (and other digital distributors) and SA online shops. Just check Takealot.com and you will find plenty of great PC games for less than R100.
 
Your just in time for the steam sale so create a account and see what they will have for sale in a few day's.

25%-90% off almost every game.

GOG.com also have their sale on atm so go check that out as well. You can get away with many games for the price of a new game and that should keep you busy or els get guildwars and play that.
