Free Unreal Engine Development kit

Hi All

Epic have released their Unreal 3 Engine development kit for free to work on.

You are able to use it for non commercial use and if you would like to launch a game with it eventually you have to agree to the license agreement.

This is just awesome.

That is pretty cool. Just to play with.

It looks like you can download this with local bandwidth by choosing the Nvidia mirror, will check tonight.

Oh and one more thing... do I need UT 3? It doesn't look like it and I don't have it.
