Full HD 15" laptop locally?

oi boy, you don't even drop me a pm hey..lol

Let me know what you're looking for and how much you want to spend, will gladly help you out.

I would definitely take the Dell over the Asus, the Dell gpu is stronger and the laptop is cheaper. Dell have a 3 year warranty which is really good and with a laptop of that price point you will want the best warranty you can get.

Thanks,
What if I added importing these to the equation? The Asus has a 2 year international warranty that is valid here, I checked and the Lenovo possibly has 1 year international warranty, still the Dell?

I am not sure about added costs on importing stuff from the US but I know it can be a bit expensive. From what I know the Rand/$ exchange is pretty bad, R8.41 to one $ as of now the laptops are R9.5k so you looking at saving 1 - 2 k on a laptop that is similar but offers international warranty compared to local next business day nevermind import risks.
Check with The Joker, he will get you a better deal then the ones listed. Dell is a really good brand though

Probably the Lenovo, the gpu as I said earlier is a big factor so would go for best I could afford.

It won't be used primarily for gaming though, its a university laptop, will be doing some coding, want a FULLHD screen and gaming is just a nice plus. I will wait for the Joker to get back to me as Local does have preference and importing is my last resort really.
