Game based movies and their character actors you want to see

I don't recall there being a thread like this before and if there was it's VERY old by now... I guess :p

So i was thinking about this as I was watching my shows this weekend. Movies based on games are nothing new and it's getting more and more popular I think.

So if they make / are making / have made a movie of your favourite game, who would you cast to play those characters?
 
Splinter Cell: Antony Starr as Sam Fisher

He has the right look and build and think he should be able to pull off the voice as well

Don't know if they will ever make a movie of The Last of Us, but if they do (and I hope they do), then I can't think of anyone else to play Joel - Dylan McDermott. Think he can really portray that character quite well.
 
The Witcher! i even saw an article that pulls together a pretty decent cast for this to happen :-)

Uncharted - Nathan Fillion or Mark Whalberg

Tomb Raider - Nina Dobrev - She would make a good lara in my book

Don't know about him for Splinter Cell (I remember seeing an actor who would fit it as well - Just can't recall the name), but this guy has the proper build, voice and grit to potentially Commander Shepard from Mass Effect.

The Shepard Character model was made from a Russian Male Model, but I don't think he would make the cut :p

Nah, Nina Dobrev I think would be too 'girly' for a Tomb Raider role.

The girl they use for the Voice over in the Tom Raider game, what about her?

She's actually very athletic thats why i chose her

she can pull of the hairstyle

yeah mind you, the guy they used for Blacklist (Eric Johnson) would actually work as well.... as a much younger Sam of course :D
