Dude, it's Kuga. The guy is an idiot with serious anger-management issues.

Last year he went on a tirade about how all women are shallow bitches, no exceptions. Looking at his attitude on the forums alone, I can completely understand why the only people he attracts would be shallow bitches.

I think it's pretty low and scumbaggish to force a company into giving you something for a certain price just because you want to resell it to make money. If you actually want the 3DS for yourself, then it's fine, but he doesn't even want it. Capitalizing on other's mistakes to turn a quick buck? That's real classy.

Maybe the meme shouldn't be Scumbag Steve, but rather Scumbag Kuga.

Hey look something we can agree on.

I have a very, very intense dislike of Kuga and people like it, I like to call them the Mooches (Thank you Atlas Shrugged). So I take a great and primal pleasure out of pissing it off as much as Omegaly possible, and we all know how extremely good I am at that. It is my lifes ambition to have it get so pissed it leaves and never comes back &/or getting it banned. Luckily for me its stupid and often lies its self into a corner so one day it will happen at which point I will have to find a new pet project.
 
What just gets me is the utter shamelessness of it all. If I was doing something like this I would be too ashamed to post it on a public forum, even if the only thing that is taking harm is your online persona. It would be like someone coming onto a forum and admitting to stealing from someone as if it's no big deal.

What are you talking about? People come online doing more than admitting, they openly brag about their Pritating habits. Why should it be any different coming online and trying to make a quick buck?

What I find truly ironic is Kuga got the idea from Me...

Only difference is if I got it for the cheaper price I wouldn't be flogging it on Gumtree or ebay for profit.

My point exactly. If he actually wanted a 3DS, then it's another thing altogether, but he just saw an opportunity to make a quick buck.
 
Wow this thread got derailed quickly..

I'm actually surprised that he pulled it off. At least we know as South African consumers the ASA will actually do something, unlike ICASA :(

Dude. This is South Africa. People get screwed all the time.

And SO WHAT if I want to make a quick buck? Consumers get screwed ALL the time by big companies, I am just fighting back.

The whole point of this exercise was to show you nublets that the ASA can actually help. Unlike other organizations that have been milking us for YEARS.

I don't need some random dude tuning me crap. If you have a problem with me, then PM me. You should be thanking me instead of flaming me.

I am done with this subject.

Update: It seems there is yet more to this tale. According to the response from a Mod over on this Carbonite forum young Kuga did not have a reseller's account & was thus selling said 3DS under false pretences on the forum. By reporting my post he pulled the attention of a mod who, luckily, didn't just take Kuga calling me a troll at face value and actually came to read this thread. As a result the thread there is locked until Kuga obtains a resellers account.

I bought a 3DS a week ago for R1100,anyone care to buy it for 2K ;)
I keed hehe,anyway some dudes are just way out off line,i might be a newbie here but i've seen my fair share of guy's trying to make a quick buck out of anything.

Aren't people on the forums suppose to be looking out for one and another and helping each other out by not adding a 50% mark up?
