Gameplay Trailer for Mass-Murdering Shooter Is Beyond Brutal

The difference is that this is not hilarious at all. If anyone does find it humorous, they're probably not someone I would feel comfortable hanging around with. I imagine them being the kind of people who enjoy going to sites with pictures of real dead people and gruesome photos.

Humans have a morbid curiosity when it comes to things like this, i wouldnt play the game like i did gta and postal, but i would try it. Just for the sake of seeing how the have structured it and how the gameplay actually works. I find peoples reactions quite funny because most people killed "innocents" in many games like gta, postal, assassins creed(yes the guards are innocent), and many others, yet when its put in a straight forward way people completely reject the idea and say it is disgusting etc. All they did was leave out the big story and side missions.

I have no problem with violence in games but this is sick. In most games there is a story behind the killing but this story is pathetic.

I think that if your method of suicide is to go out and kill as many innocent people before you get shot then your a special kind of twisted. I mean those are innocent people who did nothing to ruin your life and you decide to destroy as many families as possible because your unhappy, personally I think the police should stun you and sentence you to 50 years of shock therapy. Now here we have a game that's glorifys this behaviour. What's next chemical warfare innocent village genocide edition, hitlers gas chamber simulator, baby skeet shooting?

I understand how the message of it is terrible, but It is just a game, its killing pixels which is done in every AAA shooter, we are just told that "those people are bad" so it's fine. The only reason GTA isnt seen in the same light as this is because killing innocent people isnt the goal of the game, but it is still perfectly fine to go on a civilian murder spree there. (Hotline Maimi also comes to mind, and I loved that game)

I'm not saying the game gives off the right message, I'm just saying people shouldnt act like this is the first time it's happened.

Im in complete agreement.

I love games like this, postal 2 was hilarious, so was gta... so whats the difference?:)

I haven't played either, so can't really comment. If you enjoy this type of game cool, I don't see it as any form of entertainment, there is enough person on person violence in society, I don't need to be entertained by it as well.

Allow folk to differ on your point of view, whether you agree or not is not relevant.

In response:

The sole purpose of games like: Grand Theft Auto; Saints Row; The Godfather and Fallout is not to go around massacring people, it's optional except, in-mission of course.

The sole purpose in Hatred is to bloody-brutally killed everyone. It's not optional. In Hatred is is the point of the game to kill everyone, mercilessly and without remorse, and be satisfied with the actions you're doing.

GTA is straighforward "maak almal vrek", this game is.

Perhaps the EXPLICITLY more brutal killing is what sets this apart from others.

i just personally would not playing it.

All a modder needs to do is change the skin of the main character to a police outfit and change the skins of the civilians to "punk themed bandits with no care for the law"

And hey we have a game that people cant complain about.

Isn't it worse then that people go on killing sprees in GTA if it's optional and this isn't...:wtf: i didn't actually think of that...

I have to say I'm not really surprised that Tsar is ok with it...I've never seen someone so eager to go to war...lol

This isn't a video game, its pretty much a murder simulator.
Kill as many innocent people as possible before being put down by the cops.

The media will have a field day with this, and for once I'll be on their side.

Honestly it looks boring. And as for me being eager for war..... why else would you join the royal marine commandos? to drink tea?
