That is still pretty Hardcore! Biggy & Smalls, Sif, Quelaag, Four Kings. Those were some crazy fights. Knowing where what was in the catacombs would not make that part of the game any easier really.
I see it as a feat just finishing it.

Fair enough, finishing a Game like Dark Souls is a feat
But I'd probably still be nowhere in the game without that guide.

The only COD single player I have finished is the first one. All the others give me motion sickness when I play single player. Multiplayer is fine though. My wife still rubs my nose in it that she has finished COD 4 and I haven't.
Found skyrim boring. Never got past the first village after escaping.
Don't know what the big fuss is about half-life. Game also gave me motion sickness.
Played the first Sims a lot but cheated. Basically just extra funds to build fancy houses. The actual gameplay part was boring as hell.
Got both dark souls and demon souls but too scared to start them.
Once every few months I get phantasy star 2 on my PC and end up playing it for hours on end skimping on my work.
I play toy story 3 on ps3 (my kid thinks he's watching them in a movie or something so anything to entertain him - and trophy hunt
)

I think Assassin's Creed is the most boring game that has ever been created and because of that, never bought a sequel title.
I have more than 10 unopened games.
I have so many games that I haven't played, yet I am spending many hours replaying FFVII instead.

AC1 is boring and I hate it - and I'm a huge AC fan.
But seriously, AC2 fixes that in more ways than one and is 150 times better. AC3 is kind of "meh" and denying yourself the pleasure of AC4 is just criminal.

I've heard that before. But every time I think 'let's give this a try', I think back at how bad 1 was and that I won't be able to sit through that again...
4 does look ridiculous, though.

Am I the only one around here who didn't find AC 1 boring?
I admit, a bit (ok a lot) repetitive though, but I liked it.

1 was terrible, I didn't pick up 2 until ages after its release because 1 was so bad. I will admit i'm struggling with finishing the last version of 2 (revelations?). It didn't change much over time. 4 looks pretty cool.

That's what I'm afraid of. Buying it because it 'might be better' and then it isn't really. I have enough other things to play anyway.

Likewise have yet to have a bad experience with BT. However concerning AC1, in comparison to all sequels it might suck, but damn it was that best game when it came out!

Yeah the Ezio saga dragged on WAY too long - took me ages to finish the third one (AC:Revelations)
Yeah it was a great idea undone by shitty gameplay.
