I had a similar experience..heavy hailstorm and the guy stops 50-100m before a robot...right after a mudslide.so natually i try to break.fail epicly.and turn to try take the curb rather than hit his car full on..managed to just clip the back corner of what turned out to be a rental car...1 crack on the bullbar of my parents truck.his boot,tail light and bumper were trashed.

So they old dude climbs out of the passenger seat holding his back like hes got whiplash.and i got to see if he is ok, and i notice he has a crutch and his daughter in the middle of back seat, is not wearing her seatbelt... I immediately stopped sympathizing. Then the butthole keeps trying to get me to admit it was my fault.told him id rather speak to my lawyer since i don't believe its my fault...

once i get to the copshop they told me to not contact the retards, so when they phoned a few months later while i was sleeping at 11am :p. i hung up.lol
