Gamers want more than girls in bikinis

Ubisoft Toronto studio head Jade Raymond is fed up with video games that “treat gamers like idiots.”

I don’t like the assumption that all people who play games want big chainsaws and women in bikinis.

WTF is wrong with big chainsaws? I like big chainsaws. The girls in bikinis isn't a problem either.

On a more serious note, I see what she's saying and I agree. More complex characters and stories would be welcome. I'm thinking of Bioshock: Infinite where a pretty good balance between violence, story telling and complex characters was achieved.

Lollipop Chainsaw was awesome, as is the case with most of Suda51's titles. Great soundtrack as well.

I think this one of the areas where The Last Of Us was particularly good, the characters, their own issues and how their relationship changed them was a big part of what made the game great.

I'm a girl XD I don't mind bikini armor but it really annoys me when I'm running for my life and there's a girl in my screen running ahead who's bûtt crack I always have a clear view of o.o I wish for bikini tops but no bottoms XD (by that I don't mean go top only rest nude )
