Gaming 20 Questions (NB read OP)

1. Is it a console exclusive? Nope.
2. 1st entry into franchise pre 2006.
3. Is it a FPS? Nope.
4. Is it singleplayer mode only? Not anymore.
5. Is it played from a 3rd player perspective? Yes.
6. Is it a shooter? Ummm technically yes.
7. Is it part of a franchise? Yes.
8. Does it have sequels? Yes.
9. Is the pc port terrible? Nope.
10. Is the game played in an open world? Nope.
11. Is it Max Payne? Nope.

Clue: It has a big RPG element.
 
That last clue that came with "is it set in space" has thrown me now.

I thought it might be Tomb Raider, but now I don't know anymore.

Edit: missed that it has a big RPG element, so not Tomb Raider.

Some spitballing: Could it perhaps be Metal Gear Solid? I don't know if it fits all the categories, never played any of them.

I was thinking MGS but then he said its set "very close to space", so we're looking for a stealthy sci-fi 3rd person shooter with RPG elements...
