RB751U-2HnD I got it to setup load balancing between 2 of my connections but ended up being a pain with online gaming.

Yeah, for RTP type things (VoIP, gaming, etc) you need to do either connection tracking or per connection classifier.

Things I use MikroTik (CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+, CCR1016-12S-1S+, CCR1036-8G-2S+ and CCR1072-1G-8S+) for is:

Link failover with VRRP (gateway redundancy)
DHCP Server/Relay
Firewall
IPSec/VPN Client
Proxy / SOCKS server
Guest Wireless Hotspot gateway
