April 1, 2010 - The Apple iPad is here and IGN is ready for it. Eventually, there will be thousands of games for the iPad However, to help you get ready for the iPad launch and decide which games you should zero in on. We've assembled a big list of iPad games. These are not all of the games for the iPad. Trust us, some were born to be ignored. This list will be updated over the next few days as more and more iPad games are approved for the App Store. We're including prices to give you an idea of how to budget for the launch, but just remember that prices change on the fly at the App Store. As publishers look around at the competition and evaluate sales, it is not impossible to think some games will drop.
We'll update this list with reviews as we post them, too. It will be a busy weekend here at IGN, but with these games costing more than iPhone titles and so many to choose from right away, we want to make sure you don't waste a single penny on a bad download. Because nothing ruins the fun of a launch than that sinking feeling you just bought a bum game.
