Gay marriage confirmed for Skyrim

Could you get married in Oblivian?
Wish I still had that game, could only play it for a while.

This game has a lot of features already. If you think that finishing Oblivion (and all the little extras that it had to offer) was going to be a mission, this one will blow your mind.

Every article I read makes me want to do two things:
1. Haul out Oblivion and start over, trying to get every little thing done
2. Timetravel to 11/11/11
 
I wish this sort of thing wouldn't be news anymore. Getting married in a game doesn't seem all that important to me.

This is kind of true, there are not really any special benefits getting married in game, still though at least it's a feature?

no, in oblivion you were on ur own.. the closest thing u had to marriage was a maid in one of ur houses...

the marriage thing would onli be cool if the spouse worked for a living and u could go home and collect gold from them every now and then.... :P and the longer u wait.. the higher the amount.. :) but thats just how i see it... :)

This is true, and I think its a feature that has a place, but I don't think its a feature that deserves and announcement or a news article on its own. Just in a list of features announced maybe? Now being able to ride a mammoth, would be a feature worthy of a single announcement. :P

I can only imagine the amount of lesbian marriage consummation attempts that will occur. hehe. but seriously good for Bethesda!
 
This doesn't really interest me at all. What possible perks could there be to marrriage? Increased living expenses? Increased health after "lucky" days? :wtf:

Still gonna be funny to see some of the combos people come up with :D
