Heh ... while I didn't manage to get anything going in ME2 (I managed to piss off all the female members of my crew somehow 
) - you can't deny that what potted in ME1 (provided your character was female) was anything other than hot, steamy, girl-on-girl action (tastefully displayed of course).

GTFO. As a bisexual male I take offence. It's this kind of backwards thinking that's holding back humanity in its entirety. Sexuality is normal, whether you're born with it or it develops over time. Stop making an issue of it. What you're doing is discriminating, and I consider discrimination against sexuality as bad as discrimanting against race.
Also, lol at not wanting to expose your children to the 'bad influences' of differing sexuality. They'll know it when they experience it for the first time when Pietie touches your son's worsie at school.
God, I don't know why I even bother. People who still consider homosexuality 'wrong' aren't going to change by a few words. We literally have to drag them kicking and screaming into the 21st century.

Regardless of whether or not the 12 year old should be playing games where people are having sex. The point of the matter is that homosexuality in game is just wrong!! No I'm not a homophobe because I have one of my close mates being a screaming queen and I still treat him with respect, but there is a time and a place where you gotta learn to draw the line and putting this kind of stuff in games is pushing boundaries...

By that logic sex of any kind should be left out of games. You realise you get gay 12-year-olds too. The fact that it is an adult game means that adults will play it. Also, when did ANYONE put a gun to your head and say that you HAVE to play as a gay character? The word here is choice. If you're straight, why would you play as a gay character? For the rest of us, it's an important bit of immersion and it matters.

Ok in all honesty, any forms of Sex in game I feel is wrong, but to have any form of gay sexual activity is just as wrong if not worse... It's going to cause a major controversy. I don't like the idea of having that sort of stuff going on in general in games and stuff...

Just off the top of my head:
Mass Effect - homosexuality
Mass Effect 2 - homosexuality
Dragon Age - homosexuality
Dragon Age 2 - homosexuality
The Sims 1-3 - homosexuality
You'll notice all these games were hugely successful despite controversy (read: Fox news going nuts at zomg VIVID SEXUAL INTERLUDEZ AND GRAPHIC PENETRATIONZ! before the first Mass Effect was even released).
The figures speak for themselves--the only person with a problem is you because "the option exists." Or are you trying to say that you cannot resist the urge to play as a gay character? Do you believe games with gay characters make people gay?
I don't get your problem about a choice you are in no way forced to make. Even sex/romance in itself in these games can be entirely avoided.

Ok I haven't played any of those except for the sims 3 and that was to see what the hype was about...
I just don't like the idea of any form of sexual activity in general in any game I play, it's just not right...
I have my opinion and you guys all have yours, if you don't like my opinion then GREAT just deal with it because I'm not changing my views or opinions...

How about books? Do you read? Is intimacy/romance in books something you dislike as well? What about in movies or TV shows? Anime?
Romance is hardly anything to be frowned upon or looked down on. It makes for a more meaningful experience and gives you a much more significant emotional attachment to either your characters or the characters in the media of your choice. Even if you have zero interest in romance, the fact remains that it's your choice even engage in any form of romance.
That you can say you haven't played any of these games tells me that you're speaking from an ignorant perspective (i.e. not aware of how it plays out or how it works).
It could even be said that you're romantically insecure of such things (read: other people's choices, especially in a work of fiction) bother you.
Hell, it's nothing like the first Witcher where almost every woman you walk up to is like, "Plough me!" That's something I wasn't too fond of either but even there, it was optional to just say, "No, thanks" and get back to slaughtering hordes of monsters. I'll admit I pursued a relationship with Triss because I liked the idea of Geralt and Triss being romantically involved.
I feel that it's a silly thing to get upset about but it's a good reminder of how uncomfortable people are about something that should hold no shame and it's an opportunity to explore those feelings and find out why. There really is no good reason for it aside from conditioned reflex action, I believe.
