Yea i know the feeling. Mine arrived in SA on the 25th but customs apparently has 6 week backlog that they have to work through before they'll get to mine. JOY!

Seems you at least got a reply from the post office. So guess we are all waiting till next year then to get our November crates. sigh.

Go to the post office with the tracking number. Got both of mine last week

Nope, But if it is at the post office itself you can take the international tracking number there with you ID. Then they can see if it is at that branch. They can't track it at other branches though, but can find it if its there. Worked for me. I am not very happy though, and don't think I Will be buying something like this again. The content is awesome, but the support and logistics is utterly S**T!
 
i have been sending our office messenger to go check on my parcel(s) at the post office but they have not been able to pick it up at all. i even went as far as e-mailing a person at the post office who deals with international parcel but they say they have no record of it

Hm.. going to have to try that

EDIT: So i decided to contact customs again for one last try and they finally said my package is on its way to the post office near me. So i should be able to go and fetch it in a few days.. FINALLY!

Overall it is pretty awesome.
It had a few novelty items in it like the shredder glasses and cute and deadly fridge magnets
A street fighter comic
And two really cool figurines. The vault boy bobble head and the the cute and ceadly Zeratul.

Only thing that is a terrible about it was that once it reached south africa on the 25th of november I could not trace it until it arrived on the 15th. The Post of Office was really unhelpful. import tax was R64 in case anyone was wondering.

I'm really looking forward to the December galaxy lootcrate since they say all loot crates going forward will have a tshirt in it.
 
Wow, I didn't expect import taxes also. Zuma must need the money to buy Xmas presents for all his many many children.
