which is actually Bioware Austin, a totally different developer in a different city, hell even different country, with only a few original Bioware guys there overseeing things, even those guys have gone back to Canada.
A company as big as EA can easily afford to pay relocation packages to top producers, managers.
They just rebranded EA Los Angeles which were the original guys that were doing C&C anyways to Bioware, so they have experience. I think those guys there are talented but the managers are screwed up. Read on the C&C forum that during the C&C4 development they decided to cut budget and fired people. With EA heavily focusing on F2P this game might not be too bad, could have more budget.
So I still have hope with this game. "whistling: at least this time I don't have to pay money to try out like C&C4.
