Getting a new PC, fan and lighting advice

Hi guys, my old PC broke due to a power surge and I'm receiving a new one next week.

i7 4770k
Gigabyte Z87X UD5H
16GB Corsair Vengeance Ram
Corsair 750w HX PSU
Gigabyte windforce R9 280X
CM Hyper 212x
Cooler Master CM690 v3 with windowed side panel

I want to improve the airflow a bit by adding more fans and would like some blue lights, where is the best place to buy these and what do you guys recommend getting. I can either add 2x 140mm fans at the top or 1x 200mm fan. I need a 140mm for the bottom and possibly a 140mm for the hdd cage. Then I also want a blue light, I'm not sure if I should get LEDs or those cathode lights. Any advice would be appreciated.
