Getting a PC business registered.

Hi Everyone.

I want to set up a registered computer business as I need to be able to buy wholesale. I wanted to know what the best way of going about this would be. I am based in Cape Town and I know about Frontosa, but what other wholesalers would you recommend? Do I need a VAT number or should I just register and start filling out the forms
