When linking animated gifs, you need to uncheck the 'Retrieve remote file and reference locally' checkbox. The gifs don't work when hosted locally.

Here's the vid:


It looks like the back trailer thing went a bit out of alignment after the turn, and the driver probably didn't realize it until it hit the barrier.
