Its not that I get stuck. Just that when you first start out you run into packs of vampire wolves that can only take damage with magical weapons
But how I love this difficulty. It feels really good once you defeat a hard enemy.

Dark Reign 2 is a pure example of what a real-time strategy should be. The biggest change distinguishing the sequel from the first part of the series was implementing a full 3D engine. Thanks to this feature now you can play the game like in traditional RTS games, looking at the terrain from above, or zoom in and watch the battlefield as you'd be one of JDA or Sprawlers soldiers. Gameplay is where the game truly shines with intense action, diverse missions and fairly demanding opponent's AI. If you know what to expect from a good ol' fashioned RTS, you'll find it all in Dark Reign 2.
