You can buy the PC one for R399.95 from BT Games. Its exactly the same controller that comes in the X360 packaging with the added benefit of being able to use it on both the X360 and PC.

You get the usb receiver with the controller.

Yeah, it is wireless. And you also get the receiver for the PC. Don't ask me why it's cheaper than just the X360 branded controller on its own, but that's the way it is.
