Google Glass: no reselling, lending allowed

Wowee.. that's balls... The reselling maybe I can get.. because console they want to stop that with games aswell now.
But lending? Damn...
 
Is this not for the demo/test units that have gone out to the early birds.

I am sure when it becomes available to buy by everyone, they will update those Terms and remove that limit.
 
Oh course, they dont want sharks to buy up fifty of these things and resell them for three times as much. This is about testing.
