Gran Turismo 6 downloading updates via PC?

Hope someone can help, read a bit on Google you can download all the GT6 updates via PC, save to USB them manually on the PS3. Does anyone have the URL for these updates to download them? It's not via the PS3 proxy, so website that has the updates stored there...

Hey man try going to Gtplanet I am sure someone there knows exactly what to do I know you can do it but have never tried myself.

Yes there is.

The proxy will capture the download links then you can just use the url to download via pc.
