Graphics Card specials... or somehting

Case modding with cutting out designs from the side of the case then putting perspex behind is something I have been wanting to get into as well. What tools do you use to do this?

Have a friend who's got a nice CNC laser cutter. It cuts metal quickly. Otherwise get your hands on a good quality dremel and a lot of sanding paper and blades for the dremel. Also look online there are some cheap tips and tricks for doing some modding.

Ah, awesome. Thanks will check it out.
Probably going to take some cases from work and use them to mess around with.

Do that, play around with it till you think you have the right skill level. But in all honesty what I do is design something on paper on PC and then send it out to a sign company or something, they usually have the tools or can source someone who'll do a good job. Specially with cutting stuff, just ask them to cut it and you assemble it yourself.

Practice is the name of the game here!
