Graphics driver keeps crashing

I have a NVIDIA GTX 550 Ti 1GB. It's 1 year old now.

It crashes whenever I play Orcs must die 2, Cities in motion and majesty 2, but none of my other games causes it to crash (CS:GO, dota 2, league of legends, team fortress 2, sim city, need for speed most wanted, etc)

Any idea what can cause this?

EDIT: I get a Runtime Error when I try to update the drivers.

I'll look around the interwebz but nothing I can think of now

I suggest you completely remove the driver, scrub it from the system and then install the latest one.
I use the 'nvidia experience app' to auto update my drivers and tweak my in game settings.
