it not just that but game delays and failed launchs like simcity and bf4's buggy game it not worth pre-ordering.
I am psyched that GTA V is coming to PC I was a bit worried it might not realease on PC.
Must say the water effects do look much cooler on next-gen. Whether that's the same water they'll use in the actual release we just have to wait and see, Rockstar though normally deliver...

I have to agree. At the moment E3 looks like it's just one huge event to pull the wool over out eyes.

Well I'd agree about the E3 part...but that jump seems roughly in line with the gap between next gen and old gen so seems plausible.

PC edition will be better though. (If its not a crap port...like uhm previous GTAs)
