GTA 5 not planned for next-gen consoles

There were do the high res beautiful screenshots come from?? I was sure it was from either PC version or next gen consoles. The graphics are good on current gen but no where near the class of the sweet screenshots.
 
Look with next gen around the corner they cant exactly say yes its coming it will kill off their current sales drive

Also if they limited it only to 360 and ps3 they would be throwing away potential revenue

This game coming to PC/Xbone/PS4 its inevitable.........

You sir will make the worlds worst businessman, its not about a decent return to shareholders but the Biggest return.

They have to hold out in order to maximise their return.

Why thank you Mr MBA. Meh, I just think its stupid to just make a big u-turn on what he's just said and then release it on pc and next gen. Especially in context to what his reasons were, "Oh, we're not actually working on it at all". Rather say something like, "I dont wish to comment on that", or something similar.

I would hardly say that's the WORSE thing a business man could do.
 
Yes let's see you stand in front of a room of shareholders and say we could have easily doubled your returns by having kids buy the same game twice but instead of maximising shareholder wealth we've decided to settle on a decent profit. That's gonna get you fired in the next 5 seconds.

If your gonna put consumers on the fence then your not making money and if your not maximising your returns then your not gonna stay profitable very long. You can moan all you want but it still doesn't change how investors think
 
Meh. Only way I'm ok with this is if they tell me the reason it's not coming to the PS4 is that for the past 6 months the whole dev team has been hard at work on Red Dead Redemption 2 :D
 
Such a pity, Graphically the game could have been amazing but meh they wanted to make a quick buck.
Also to mention the choppy game play and fps dips, some people say they can't see it or it doesn't bug them but there are 1000's of people complaining about it...lol

Starting to think there won't be a pc version any time soon.
