GTA 5 price increase in SA: distributor, retailers respond

OMG that's not so good, everyone is excited for GTA V & the rand is killing us we can not afford to pay for more, :(
 
The article says the increase is 2.7%. Which is an increase of R16.17.

Am I misunderstanding what all the fuss is about?

Not so much that I "hate" it, but rather that I'm very lazy to read. Yeah, that sounds more accurate.

It really isn't that much, uh? :confused: Unless... something's missing.
 
I don't mind if people don't read the articles, but if they don't read the articles and then ask questions related to it, that's just not cool at all.

And then aren't many people like me who try to speed read and miss the vital points made in an article.

Well, you're not the first, and you probably won't be the last, it's just annoying when people have to be spoon-fed information that's right within their reach, no more than a click away.

You needn't have to help someone if they're too lazy to help themselves - especially in this scenario.

Any ETA on that price comparison Sir James"whistling:? I plan to order now that i am ready :D.

Waiting until about a week before is alot easier than ordering long before except learning about these increases makes it seem the best is just to order first time it is announced :/

Cheapest i have seen is Kalahari @ R629.00 incl delivery This seems inline with the increase but everyone else is crazy higher O_o

I was interested too (although I've had my pre-order with Kalahari now for some time) so I did a quick search (note the incredible one doesn't show anymore...you can still check google's cached version of it although I don't think we really care that much).

So how bad is it really?
