Surely looks like this could have been the 1st Graphic version of some Previous Text Based RPG. Must be Atari.

None of the big names, don't think it led to any of them either. Not Atari as far as I know... It's actually still available on the web somewhere on a old FTP. Will give the link by the end of the day

My initial thoughts were something along the line of Civilization 0.1 or something. The XT version

It was aptly called "Super Domination", a game by Wizard in 1992. Scalable levels meant you could own it at lower levels and suffer horribly later on the higher levels. There were nuclear weapons with fallout, men that could starve and storms that prevented you from moving or fighting. I always wished I could do some cracking to find the code that would allow even more features. If anyone is interested:

Note that you need a dosbox emulator these days. (I don't know whether the game will work on your new android tablet Viper, you lucky bliksem )
