Not my image, I just can't run this on modern computer. It requires video card indicated on box in requirements. ATI Rage 32MB works fine, anything else not from that era not.

Notable part of this game is epic graphic effects for its time.

Nope and nope!

One can also control infantry and helicopters in that game.

It had nice graphics in explosions department, it looks realistic and far away from Incoming's "shatter" explosion.

Looks very similar to Super Puzzle Fighter. If it isn't, then the game certainly reused the assets. Or vice versa, obviously.
