Yup sorry forgot that part ;-) yeah back in 1995 my personal PC was a P1 133MHZ with a massive 8 megs of RAM in it, which cost me about R800 for the RAM, also think I was still running a 120 meg ESDI hard drive in there. I'm trying to find some screenshots of my one favourite game see below

Red Alert was fantastic, I loaned the soviet disc from a buddy while he was playing Allies the christmas it came out, we'd then swap discs over for the next campaigns.

I forced my parents to take two long trips into CT CBD while on holiday to hunt the game down. Sat with the game in the holiday cottage for 2 weeks and had no electricity nevermind a PC. The manual was well read though :D
 
I can imagine, I forced my parents to go and buy batteries for my Gameboy when we were holidaying on the North Coast of Natal, problem was the closet shop was about 35km away as petrol stations didn't have convenience stores yet :-D
 
LOL "normal people" think a cottage on the beach is the shiz, gamers think no PC/TV+Console/internet no holiday! :D
 
Precisely, our holidays require some form of gaming ;-) otherwise it's not a holiday. Even my honeymoon I played games on my Android phone ;-). So any guesses on the Pic I put up?
 
Well mine was Aces over Europe ;-) but I honestly don't remember the graphics of Ducktales being that blocky

My favorite parts were the jungle levels and the mountain climbing levels. I have never been able to do the cave levels though. My brother and I played it so much that we knew which locations to go to for getting good levels and which to avoid.
 
I also used to play it with my brother :-D loved the flying parts too. Also no idea on the game pic there :-(
