It is. But looks like someone cheated :p. The earliest you can get the wings is around lvl14, I think. You need about 4 levels of Bard or Sorcerer and then 10 levels of Red Dragon Disciple.

And Wolfman's game is DEFCON. I played it once or twice and got flattened, like it usually happens with me and strategy games.

To whom it may interest. I dunno if all the copies are the double pack but it may be safe to assume as much.
