I actually bought the game, very long ago. It had potential, but it was executed wrong. the physics were terrible, which made it insanely difficult, and the car models didn't show the weapons

Holy crap I loved that game! The AI was swak though, they never got bumped off the road and they always sent your car flying. That was such a rad game!!!
