Guild Wars 2

Wow, it's like Arenanet REALLY don't want me to play GW2 any more. I bumped my thread regarding my armour issue, calling out the amount of time that has passed without any recognition from them as well as added more detail about the issue; including a bug that can crash the game by following certain steps).

They went and deleted the thread and then gave me a warning saying that my post "lacked content".

I'm actually fuming right now, and am this close to just deleting the game off my hard drive.

Record the issue and shove it into their faces.

From what I've experienced with ANet's forums and support sites, from when I tried to see if we can swap out e-mails on an account for my brother, it's like ANet just doesn't give a shit. As soon as someone needs specific help, it's seems to be too much of a hassle for them. They shouldn't give us a support site if they aren't willing to help.

Yeah dude, it's frustrating to be treated like an annoyance when you're a paying customer. At minimum they've sealed the deal in me buying any gems in the future (which I was going to do during Wintersday). So yeah, I'm going to post a new thread with enough detail to satisfy them, but will likely go ignored or deleted again.

Just give me the link and i'll post a screenshot showing that my char has the same problem with dyes atm. It doesn't bother me that much, but then again my warrior's dyes doesn't make my game crash.
