Guild Wars 2

I wouldn't bust my chops trying to figure out which class/race tanks best though - we've already seen Guildwars hasn't gone anywhere near that formula, and I'm expecting the same approach in GW2
 
I am just trying to let people know about the newest trailer, and trying to make it available for everyone.

I don't feel it as spamming, as the previous posts in this forum have been about the races of Guild Wars 2 and thus I posted a link (or two) to the new trailer that is exemplifying the new races.

Sorry if it seemed as if the links was spam. I will try to post fewer links in the future.

What you could do is just edit your previous posts and add the new info into those, rather than double posting oneself.

The first of the Guild Wars 2 novels will be released in Summer 2010 (US). It will be named "Ghosts of Ascalon." Stoked!

So these Guild Wars books. How decent are they honestly?

I have become very picky these days with my fantasy scifi reading. I can only really deal with books that are not riddled with cliches and are very well written. After reading Steven Erikson, so many other authors books feel childish.
 
Well considering it hasn't been released yet, I don't think anyone but the authors and other people involved in getting it out of the door know how they are ;)

I really enjoyed the short story in the Prophecies Manuscript, so I've been waiting for the novels with bated breath.
 
ArenaNet are busy introducing more content into Guild Wars (the first one) that will help create the setting for Guild Wars 2, which is taking place 250 years later.

Here's the official quote from the e-mail I received:

To celebrate Guild Wars' fifth anniversary, we're kicking off Guild Wars Beyond, an epic series of events and content that expands on the Guild Wars story and lays the foundation for Guild Wars 2. We've got a ton of cool new stuff planned for the months ahead, and we're kicking things off with the War in Kryta, the first part of the Guild Wars Beyond series.
