Did you just keep trying? I cant get through keeps giving me an error.
 
I got to the page on my second try, downloaded the little app that runs a system diagnostic.

App failed to send my sysinfo the first time, ran it again, it redirected me to a page to capture my details - which I provided - confirmation e-mail rocked up 10 minutes later.

Keep doing that get to where i must confirm Email, age, Country etc. Click Submit and it crashes :(
 
Well ... that was my excitement for the evening ... I'm gonna watch some anime so I can wind down and get some sleep tonight.

ArenaNet should be receiving more emails than the population of earth in the next 48 hours xD...
