Keep in mind, that it is only in engineering where the maxim "Use a bigger hammer" applies. Not so much in computing.

I got the email notification on my bb and saw it was from arena net... was like F### YEAH!!! DOWNLOAD TYM only to find that it was telling me to pre purchase... when i already have? stupid arena net

So it seems that the new Beta Client works again.
I ran the client this morning and it works... but it deleted the GW2Stream.dat file (the 11GB file) and updated the client itself before starting to download the data file.

Apparently the emails went out to all addy's that applied for beta, so it's not that stupid But yeah, I also got the false hope flaring inside me. Oh well, leave form is filled out for Monday, so I can play till as late as I want on Sunday!
