I find that the real thing is easier lol. I suck so much on guitar hero. But I would rather use the time to practise the real thing.:p

On a another note azi I have become a megadeth fan. I just find there riffs so challenging and I love there new lead chris broderick.

Is this aimed at me or azi?. I am trying to learn a song called hanger 18 if any one has heard of it it is by megadeth and is in doom 1.
 
Well, I've been playing guitar for 17 years already, so I'm quite competent.

Some of the final tier stuff in Guitar Hero and Rock Band is tough as hell on Expert. I still haven't managed to finish Raining Blood in GHIII on Expert. Stupid song is the only one I have left to finish. :<

I have been playing for three and I think I am getting quite good. And the fact no one has taught me a thing. I spend about 5 hours-9 hours a day playing on my guitar and learning new stuff. And yes I have no social life lol.

But if you love doing something then just do it like a Nike ad!
 
I find slayer to easy now. I must learn some more maiden solo's to song's I know.

Haha, I got Guitar Hero II when it first came out down here, before most people even knew it existed. Had a bit of a head start on that one. ;P I've finished GHII, GH: World Tour, GH: Metallica, Rock Band, and Rock Band 2 on Expert. It's just that damned song in GHIII still giving me grief.

I've been in a few bands, but nothing for the last few years. Kinda looking around for one again.

And I'm not quite a dude. :)
 
Azi how would you suggest on starting a band. I have put adverts on local guitar forums and classified stuff.
 
Umm, that's only ever worked out for me once, and only sort of half worked out at that. Well, I met my best friend through the ad, but our band never went anywhere, haha.

All the other bands I've been in have been with friends or friends of friends. I seem to know a lot of musicians for some reason.

I know a few but they all really suck and don't take it to seriously. I am going to keep trying. I really want to have a music career.

Expert mode is hectic!
 
I am looking for band mates so if any one is interested I live in orange grove\linksfield and I am looking for a bass player,singer,drummer,Lead/rhythm guitarist. And it does not matter what sex you are.
 
So tomorrow is the big day I am very nervous s the songs I had to learn is not what I usually play.
