Guns stolen from police

Around 18 firearms have been stolen from a police station at KwaMhlanga in Mpumalanga, it was reported on Wednesday.

The weapons were mostly evidence pieces being kept under lock and key, Beeld reported.

The theft was discovered on Monday when the police's logistics division held an inspection at the station and found that more than 12 pistols, assorted revolvers and even an R-5 rifle had been taken from the evidence room.

Hey, that almost happened to me at Witbank police station last year! I stood infront of the queue nagging them until they brought me my pen from wherever they took it...
It might only be a BIC pen, but it's MY pen!
