Hackers on hardcore delta

It has come to my attention that there are quite a few hackers on hardcore delta.
Most are small things like binds or semi autos becomes automatics, but some are using aim bots and wall hacks which seem to be safe on punk buster servers. One player who is using his hack to get to the tops of the lists is called 4:STR!P3R (I think) his hack stops the sniper sights to move when he doesn't press shift.

I really wonder, why do people hack?
